COURSE DISCRIPTION
The Video / Photo Editing course prepares students for competent careers in electronic news collection, analysis and reporting. Alongside taking journalism courses, our students receive handy experience by providing news content for the school’s week by week half-hour link broadcast News Vision and other media outlets. Therefore, our students consistently standout in the job market. Prior studies or experiences are not required for entry into this program.

  • Looking at the standard digital video workflow.
  • Premier pro workspace.

  • Editing Techniques.
  • SECOND SEMESTER
  • Working with Clips and Markers.
  • Adding Transitions.
  • Motion / Animation.
  • Editing and Mixing Audio.
  • Adding Video Effects.
  • Color Correction and Grading.
  • Creating Titles.
  • Exporting Frames, Clips and Sequences.

  • Advanced Video Editing Technique.
  • Using MASKING AND Mattes.
  • Advanced Transitions.
  • Advanced Audio Editing.
  • Integrating with Photoshop.
  • After Effects and Audition.
  • Color Correction and Matching.
  • SECOND SEMESTER
  • Preparing and Exporting to DVD.
  • Introduction to Adobe Encore.

Course Details : Theory during the week & Practicals over the weekend
