This course will prepare students to learn how to handle studio equipment from digital cameras to audio and lighting equipment, students who want to become a studio technician will be taught how to operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment used in television production programs. You will also receive hands-on training of all studio and control room positions as well as equipment (be it audio, switcher, character generator, even teleprompter, floor director, studio cameras, lighting as well as set design). After going through all areas, an opportunity will be given to you to demonstrate your proficiency in each area during a class project or mock productions.
